Chris Lowe opened Naked Art Tattoos in 2005 to offer high quality custom tattooing to the Anne Arundel County area as well as the men and women based here at Fort Meade. We are pleased to announce the owners Chris Lowe and White Trash Matt have teamed up and have moved the shop just down the street from the original shop. The new shop is twice as large and amazing.
