you need to go to the shops and show them your hard working and wanting to learn and to most importantly show them your portfolio, its your c.v. into the tattoo industry, if its shit you wont get the job

i still have three years before i can even enter a tattoo store here, and i am already starting my portfolio, I want to learn the backrounds of the different styles, where would be the best place to do this?

buy skindeep mag, plenty of different artists in there for inspiration, or the websites like offthemaptattoo.com or tattoonow.com, just for ideas though, dont go copying stuff cos you'l get found out
