The line could do with thickening up and being a little tighter in some places and there are some spots where you haven't completely joint up all the lines like in the wings and stuff.
And its just something that weirds me out but the teardrop shaped eye is kinda odd....like he's going so fast his eyelids are being blown back!
Additionally is something I'm personally really anal about but on one side he has like 11 feathers but on the other he only has 8, if that doesnt bother you thats cool but it would really bother me! plus some wing bits are curved and the others go to a point. again just something that would bother me.

If you would like your work critiqued post it up in here, but under the complete understanding that you WILL get a completely no holds barred honest response.
If you don't think you can deal with an honest response DO NOT POST WORK IN HERE.
There are several rules to this thread that will be adhered too or this thread WILL BE DELETED:
1-If your posting up your work to be critiqued you HAVE to remain anonymous, that way we eliminate all possibilities of an unfair critiquing.
2-You CAN NOT respond to your critiquing. Opinions of the critiques are not open for debate or discussion, you wanted to be critiqued you got it. Don't come back on whinging if you think you got an unfair critiquing.
3-You HAVE to say whether you want critique from everyone or tattooers only, tattooers are anyone who currently have artist section membership.
4-If somebody states that they only want TATTOOERS critique and a non tattooer critiques them, the comment will be deleted and the poster warned, do this 3 times and your banned for a week.
5-Keep it constructive or go home.
6-If the critique me user id is used anywhere else on the forums or misused in anyway, the member misusing it will be banned for 3 months. Don't be dicks guys and girls.
7-No Arguing.

Go for it. | I presume you wont be using your mod status to expose who the poster's real ID is on this thread?

black and red work very well together as you know. | I would say the exact same stuff, although I also am not crazy about the H.
That said, if all the N's were backward it wouldn't be so bad; seems odd to have two one way and the third the right way around.
I like the overall look and feel of the piece, though.

good idea for a thread I can't post anything art-wise because i think I'm obviously me, so it isn't really anonymous - just like i think i know who the abraham-lincoln-artist is, so my opinion is clouded.
I think it's a good idea for folk who don't normally whore ourselves out in the drawings thread and it's great for portfolios for aspiring tattooists etc.

If your looking at the swallow from a nearly side on view, would there not be less feathers than if looking straight down upon ???
