I have a lot of white in my smurf tattoo, and over 10 months later it still hasn't settled, and looks a bit beige.

However, the white on my hand settled sweet as a nut and still looks white.

I know that doesn't help, just wanted to share!

The same with one of mine, all the white was slightly beige. I am not sure if it is still like that or if it was caused by the reaction temporarily discoloring it.

The posts do help as I didnt know how common a white reaction was. It seems to be common enough.

it took nearly a year for some of the white in my new sleeve to heal, I thought the skin was going to be permanently puckered and dry,but eventually it has settled.Seems this is a common problem. The white in the eye I had done 9 days ago is also healing like a bitch!

The first white I got was a tiny amount for the highlight in an eye. It was unbelieveable the amount of discomfort from that one little bit. I seem to be particularly sensitive to white though.

i know it sounds really obvious and i am sure it will only apply to one or two in this thread but..

KEEP TATTOOS OUT OF THE SUN FOLKS!

(sun damage is an amazingly common problem for tattoos and their tattooists!)
