Hey, I am seriously considering getting a half sleeve done and have a rough idea of what I want. The design is mainly black with some colour to add effect.
I am from Surrey and would like to know of any good parlours/artists to get advice from and design the tat from this area and London.

Plus, any other contributions would be greatly appreciated!

if you mean Tribal when you say mainly black then any of the tattooers at Into You are probably your best bet

Ha! parlour - i couldn't think of anything else other than tattoo shop!
Nah its not a tribal, it want hearts and roses but i want some good ideas and nice shading, filling ,etc.
I'm fairly new to this and don't really know a lot about half sleeve's, so thats why I need some guidance!

you should investigate as much as possible about it if you're not too sure.
Asking here's a good start, you should get on BME for some examples along the lines of what you're looking for too i reckon
