What you best doing is,

Have a look at the back of the skin deep mags, tattoo shop sometimes advertise apprenticeships in there, and also on this forum ppl advertise aswell in thisection so keep a look out on here...and what you might have a better chance is taking your portfolio around tattoo shops and ask them ya self in person...

i'v always wanted tobe a tattoo artist but god didnt give me the gift of drawing **jst wait until i die...im gonna give him a right royal slapping**

Thanks for speaking for me Pawl...So where does your new shop fall in the catagory of the 300 shops or the 1000?Just out of curiosity.

Corpsegrinder.Starter kits do NOT contain the knowledge or information you are seeking. If the folks that are "helping" you are professional tattooers why dont they train you properly with proper equipment and proper ethics?

got to pick up on this, if they have just had a child, they are both pro artists, whos working the shop? they both cant be taking time away from the shop.
so if you really want it you should be helping them out and be scrubbing tips and grips, hovering and washing the floors, making them teas, coffee, getting them food. let them know you want it. and all that for nothing, all because you want to, as a friend as a want to be apprentice.

its a long hard path we travel, twists and turns along the way, let alone the ups and downs. the pitfalls of life are plenty. you have got to want this more than you ever, more than anything in life. you got to think, eat, shit, fart and even bleed ink.

remember life is always about learning, never forget that, if you do you while have failed yourself somewhere in your life.
