Default OT - Jewellery

It's my girlfriend's birthday next month and I'm just in the process of finding a bunch of presents for her birthday box. I've found a few bits and pieces already but one thing I'd really like to get for her is a nice bracelet. I was thinking along the lines of a charm bracelet, and I know she's into her cherries/dice/skulls and the like at the moment so it'd be good to find her something along those lines.

Can any of the good ladies of SD recommend any shops or websites where I might find such a thing - or nice jewellery in general? Ideally in silver.

Cheers
