Im sure it wont all be celebs, just a smattering like last year. Also Miami and LA ink regularly have celebs on their shows

I thought it was rather shit that they were pushing the celeb angle. Sounds like they have made some good changes though as well and I'm looking forward to it.

mmm well i hadnt even thought that. I just thought it would attract heat reading people that would then want to copy there fave z list artists tattoo.

I'm sure there will be plenty of scratchers watching too trying to pick up tips.

Like Mrs Crash said it just seems like they are pushing that angle which is a shame.
Miami ink have very few celebs and most of the ones on LA ink are heavily tattooed collectors, and usually very interesting people rather than people desperate to get there five minutes of fame.

I'd just rather watch a program about good tattooing rather than a way to boost some wannabes career.

Hopefully they will air Phils rather agressive rant about scratchers when he put one of the wannabe apprentices in his place......probably end up on the cutting room floor though

Frankly, i couldn't care less who is on the show. It's all skin. It makes no difference to me wether it's some ex big brother contestant or an unknown, the end result is still just someone getting tattooed is it not?

If having minor celebrities on the show brings it more popularity, how is that a bad thing? Surely bringing good work to the masses is something we are all in favour of?

I wish them the best of luck
