I was just wondering, as im still learning about the great artists out here, and i love looking through the threads where people post their work or work they have seen and love as it opens my eyes to new artists, but are there any particular artists that are based in new york that i should look out for? i have booked a holiday there next feb and i would love to get tattooed while there. i particularly love traditional style tattoos, i love saira hunjans work so i guess similar to that style?
any ideas?

Although not strictly in NYC, I'd suggest Steve Boltz, Eli Quinters and Bert Krak.
They will also be working at the London Tattoo Convention this year, so you could check out their work and speak to them.
Steve and Eli work in Brooklyn and Bert is in Queens.
I have been tattooed by each of them and they are great tattooers and super nice guys.
Daniel Santoro works at NY Adorned in Manhattan. His traditional work is great too.
