You post on another forum, where tattoo threads come up quite regularly and people post their pictures, and 90% of the time, they're really bad tattoos? Keep quiet or tell them?

i agree, but be consrtuctive, dont just come out and say "sorry man it's shit" unless a monkey with a flail could have done better

Hmm tricky one. I know what you mean. I have had some pretty ropey ones shown to me on a student forum too, you know the sort, a plethora of stars, bluebells that look like they have been desiccated, paw prints... I have been pretty non-verbal about them.

On my Michael Jackson forum there are insanely shit tattoos, I try not to be a jerk about it because their rather sensitive Americans mostly. Instead I replied by posting this is what a good tattoo looks like followed by mouth watering Bob Tyrell portraits and such like. Even after that though the stupid ass wearer is still proud to show off their childlike scribbles on their arm/back/leg.

On one of the forums I go on there are a lot of people with bad tribal, and most threads about tattoos end up on each other complimenting who ever has the biggest tribal sleeve.
Although to be fair there are some folk there who have been tattooed at Family Business.
I put mine up and got the replies 'yea I can see it's done well, but i'd never ever have that done'.
