Booking two or more sessions in a row

I just sendt a mail to a tattoo artist about a half sleeve on the underarm.
Since its a bit of a trip there, I asked if we could book two sessions/days in a row. Im curious here if he is up for doing this or if i need "heal" time between the sessions..

Have anybody here had the experience with going to an artist 2 days or more in a row and how was it? :)

I've been tattooed on back to back days a few times. The second day was pretty much like the first. In other words, the second day sucked. But the first day sucked too. Getting tattooed sucks.

Seriously, I didn't find the second day to be noticeably worse than the first. Since this is your arm, I'm guessing you'll be able to handle it ok.

You won't need healing time because your artist won't be tattooing on top of what he did the day before (that would not work out very well). He'll finish the area he's working on the first day and then tattoo fresh skin on day two.

I once did a guy 3 days in a row,
on the forth day I told him no !!!!!
He insisted ,
so I poked him in the arm with my finger,
he was nearly on the floor ha ha
we finished it cpl wks later.
I would'nt recommend doing more than 2 days in a row,
if you keep it cling filmed up, you can carry on next day,
but in my experience people don't sit well on day 2, :))
