Default Tattoo cover up - do you think I値l need another removal session ?

I had 8 sessions on this. Lord knows why I got tattoo. It was impulsive and I may have been manic. But it痴 done. It took 8 sessions to get here. I was wondering if it would be ok to cover up with perhaps a bird tattoo , a few of those , or would be better to spend more to completely remove it ?

That looks great, it's almost complete removal. Once the skin settles down you'd hardly notice it. If you go to a decent artist they will definitely be able to cover it with whatever you want

It’s been a year or more since I had laser. Might get few more treatments first. Thank you.

I don't thinks there's any point in getting more treatments if you want to cover. I'd say the next step was speaking to an artist. Laser costs money and that's cash you could be putting towards the tatttoo.

The skin does look a little raised and bumpy, is that scarring from the original tattoo? I doubt it'll matter at all, just wondering

Not sure why. It looks fine to me. It might be how the camera is picking it up?

Yes it must be. Honestly though, you've faded it right down and it's certainly ready to cover. Great job! Any further laser sessions would almost be a waste of money.

Yeah, I definitely would not get any more laser on that if you want to cover it. It should be very easy to cover as is. And besides the money, if you get more laser you'll need to wait another year for the skin to totally recover. You've already waited the year so you could go ahead with the cover up now. Honestly, I wouldn't even call that a cover up. I think you could get pretty much anything you wanted at this point.

Are you wanting to get a cover up because you want to hide the remnants of the prior tattoo? Or do you genuinely want a tattoo on your wrist again?
