I can recomend Sleazy jet for cheapness. As long as you dont mind sleeping in a portacabin style shoe box. Or Shitty View if sleeps not important.

I am making sure we find something a little more upmarket this year. Esspesially as i would like to get tattooed. Dont fancy trying to wash off fresh ink in an easy jet hotel with the shower curtain stuck to me.

if you book early with travelodge they are much cheaper.. we booked weeks ago and paid 40 a night as opposed to the 80/night we paid last year

Does anyone know how far the Tobacco dock is from Aldgate East? I have an appointment until 19:30 on the Sunday and a flight at 22:15 in Heathrow. I plan on going to Aldgate East to Paddington to Heathrow(Heathrow Express).

That will be tight. It takes a ridiculously long time to travel to any of the London Airports.

The venue isn't far from Aldgate East (slightly nearer to Shadwell) but the Hammersmith and City Line (the one you need to get to Paddington) isn't very frequent, especially at non-peak times, like a Sunday evening. You can get the District line too, but that is a much longer route.

I would be budgeting for a taxi from Tobacco Dock to Paddington if it were me. The traffic should be light and you won't waste time waiting.

I was looking at the London underground site and there is some renovation work going on then aswell. I didn't think of a Taxi, thats what I'll do. I was going to stay in London an extra night, but I want to get home asap as I am getting my elbow done and want to get home while I still have the cling film on.

Spent a few hours at TD last week, took a few new people that have worked with us at Brick Lane for the last 3 years.... they couldn't believe the place, it really is a killer venue!.....and NO stairs! (well fuck all compared to the Brewery!)
.
.
.
Then spent the next day at Brighton doing floorplans
