The Great North Tattoo Show will NOT be going ahead this year, 2008. This is due to us being informed (recently), that the venue is undergoing major building works at the proposed time of the show. This poses safety issues as well as reduced allowed numbers and some loss in services. It was agreed with the venue's management that this would impede the quality of the event and thus we have postponed it until August 2009. As always we will initially offer trade space to those who have worked previously and then we shall proceed with applications via the reserve list. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused but we would rather no show than a show that compromises the safety and enjoyment of those wishing to attend/trade.

what am i going to do with my August Bank holiday weekend this year,there has always been a tattoo show then, cos Blackpool filled that time slot before Newcastle took over the year later.i feel bereft.
