I have a feeling that she may have worked at Skin Creation years ago if this is the lady that Brim knows. And then I think she's been working in Canada til now.
If that's who it is, then I'd just like to add that I had an awesome black rose done at Skin Creation a few years back - it's still one of my favourite peices in my expending collection
