My husband and I both have plans to get work from Duncan. Supposedly he's only doing his flash work on new clients now, but the studio seemed confident that he'd be happy to do the Holbein-inspired piece I have in mind. His woodcut style is exactly what I've wanted for years! When I got my first tattoo at Into-You last year, we got to talking about my plans for my next one and they told me about Duncan. I'm hoping to get my skeleton from him this summer.
I'm not familiar with his band (except anecdotally!) as I didn't grow up in in the UK. I missed a lot of good music the first time around. I've heard he's lovely and friendly - which doesn't really matter, but it's a nice bonus.
The Bishop hat isn't by Duncan, it's by Tallulah Belle.
However, Duncan has done the back and side of my neck, most of my left arm and a significant portion of my right. I <3 Duncan...I used to love his old band when I was a teenegaer.
