Why does the digital copy cost the same as the book if you dont mind me asking.Surely it should be cheaper than having the physical copy in your hand or am i missing something ?

Sorry for the hijack, but does this mean that there will not be a Sugar Project book?

I was looking forward to it as I didn't manage to get a skull.

Dave.

After seeing the book advertised on here I couldnt wait to buy it.

Managed to get it on the 14th May in WH Smiths.

Very impressed- lots of decent tattoos and pictures.
Havent been able to read it much, but what I have read is informative and interesting.

People I have shown and myself included thought £10 was good value- good quality finish, and a magazine is £4-£5, great in comparison for the money!!!

I agree its a good little book, well written, good imagery and good value at a tenner.

and it appears very popular with clients in the studio also

I wanted a copy too

I think that would be a good price, and lots of people would pay that. They get a book, and the charity get some more dosh.

Fingers crossed.....

Thanks, ladies and gents I'm glad it's been so well received!

I took part in an interview for Tattoosday UK to talk about the book in detail, so I'll shamelessly post that right here, right now. Tattoosday UK Interview

As for the cost of the digital version of the bookazine...I'll make enquiries about that directly.

Picked this up and was a very informative and enjoyable book. I would say price was set about right as well.

I like the bit in the intro that says "It's by no means a comprehensive guide,[...]" and yet on the cover in the top right it actually says "A comprehensive guide for the tattoo enthusiast". A little contradiction methinks.

I saw that Leah Moule monkey at the Newport convention too. It looks so much better in real life!

Your prize for spotting that is a beer at Tattoo Jam!

Thanks. I needed an image of a tattoo wrapped in cling film, and seeing as I'd just had the aforementioned monkey completed, I went with that! Leah's great, and the tattoo has healed up a treat.
