Online art reference material

I was wandering if anyone uses any art based sites to source their inspiration and ideas. Alot of my friends start their tattoo designs looking at the art of amazingly talented but often unknown individuals through blogs and forums.
Can anyone recommend anything they have stumbled across no matter how random?
