Woman gets boyfriends name tattooed on her face

Came across this woman on facebook this morning and thought I'd see what you guys reckon. Lesya and Rouslan | BME: Tattoo, Piercing and Body Modification News

Personally I think she must be a bit daft to get her first tattoo on her face and for it to be her boyfriends name, who she hasn't been with that long.

Judging by the photo of her and her boyfriend, he's the same guy who tattooed 56 stars on a girls face whilst she was apparently asleep. I know it's up to the customer as to what they want as a tattoo and where they want it, but surely the artist has a moral responsibility to advise them to think of somewhere else to have it. Nothing against facial tattoos but not as somebody's first tattoo.

I find it very possesive and controlling of him.

The art doesn't bother me. I don't see the gang associations that others see.

I don't know of an artist that would do this, especially when you see she has no other tattoos.

The guy caused a bit of a stir a few years ago for tattooing 56 stars on a girls face for her first tattoo, so I've no reason to doubt he would do this.

I don't see the gang relation to it either Dougal. I think it's just the style of writing that it's in that would make people think of that. And you're right about it being possessive and controlling of him. I would never pressure my wife to getting my name on her. She's got it, but that's only after she pressured me into doing it. I certainly wouldn't do it on her face though. (sounds like a double entendre there. Fnar Fnar.)

It loks real enough and i've seen "in progress" pictures of this but didn't know the story behind it, although its very extreme i actually think she pulls it off rather well, i didn't realise it was her boyfriends name though I thought it said Russia as in where she was born

There's no part of me that could ever like that, she's not enhanced her natural beauty with that one bit and again, I second the fact its controlling. He looks like a warthog too.

I hope for her sake the relationship lasts, otherwise that's going to be a hefty laser bill!

She has really jumped into the deep end with that. I am not saying it looks horrible but she has no other body mods?

Its pretty obvious that he has had an influence indirectly on her because of his mods, lets hope it lasts

Its hideous and agree with the comments about 'ownership' - it smacks of misogyny of the worst kind. It doesnt look like her first tattoo though, or her first facial tattoo, and it doesnt even look like it says 'Rouslan'...???
