I'm not worried about afterwards, it was the actually tattooing, I didn't want to be there with just boxers on when I'm getting tattooed like a few inches from my junk - didn't want to seem inconsiderate!

As long as the area getting done can be easily accessed it doesn't matter if you're wearing shorts/boxers. I opted for boxers when I had mine done.

Ah, gotcha. Man I have been 99% naked at a convention or two. I got my ass tattooed at Hell City and I had to run to the restroom butt naked with nothing but my shirt covering my junk. Never again... lol

But when I'm getting my upper leg area tattooed I wear gym shorts.

I've seen a few guys in their boxers at conventions lol. You could always ask the artist?

I forgot my shorts once, standing out the front having a smoke on the street, with one leg of my boxers rolled up wasn't great haha! I'd definitely go for shorts lol

I wore shorts, and rolled it up on the leg being worked on. I took a pair of jogging bottoms in my bag to slip on over afterwards.

I wore shorts when I had my thigh done, and ms Vargas asked me to remove them to be tattooed in my pants. I loved it
