A cover would be easier than laser, but the tattoo you cover it with will need to be bigger than what you've got already.

Someone like Dom Wiley could cover it. I don't know where you live but he's in Manchester. This tattoo is on my sister-in-law and it's healed up beautifully.

Also someone like Iain Sellar, based in Bristol:

Thanks so much for your advice. Those artists do great work, but I'm in the United States.

I need to wait awhile either way, but I'm just trying to think ahead. I'm a little less self conscious about it than I was in the first week or two. I have gone to work with it showing a few days now. However I just want it to look prettier. I wouldn't feel so weird about it if I felt like I could say "look how pretty this tattoo is!" Instead I am still feeling like "this is ugly what have I done to myself?"

You might have a clearer idea which direction you want to take then. If you come back here we can help you better with options.
That's exactly what my husband is telling me to do. He keeps saying stop obsessing about it you're driving yourself crazy. (not a new thing for me unfortunately) LOL

With colour it looks so much better. I'm glad that you were able to find an easy fix.

I thought for a moment you were going to say you went back to the original artist. Pleased to hear that you didn't.
