Default Another MA/NH recommendation needed

You guys did great recommending an artist to me last time around in this thread:
Ma/nh recommendation needed

It's time for another and this time the style I'm looking for is I guess sort of watercolorish / carlos ransom style. Attached are a couple of (very different) examples of the sort of styles I'm thinking of.

Anybody in the MA/NH area come to mind? Thanks!

How about Oleg Turyanskiy?

Of course you know I'm saying that mostly as a joke, but it is kinda crazy how many different styles he can do well. If you can't find a specialist, I'd let him do it.

Or you could just go to Kansas. Seems like a small price to pay to get the tattoo you want since you'll wear it for the rest of your life.

Hahahaha, i mean he did a reasonably great job on my last one, I didnt know he could pull this off too. I am a little hesitant after the couple of mistakes he made but not enough that I wouldn't go back to him again.... I just feel that I'd have to micromanage him a bit, which he probably wouldn't appreciate.

thinking about it further though, last time around i gave him the artwork i wanted. this time i'm more open to a concept approach.

Here's the thing: all tattoos have mistakes. You just notice them more on your own tattoos. Also, I edited my post above. If Carlos Ransom is the guy you want, just go to Kansas.

I did have an appointment with Carlos a few years ago, things kind of fell apart unfortunately. It's very tough when you have a rigid schedule due to flights and the artist has things come up. I just emailed Oleg though to get his take on what I'm looking for.

I just looked at Oleg's page again and was re-amazed all over again. He's so talented. And I think you are being to hard on your tattoo, that thing is badass!

I went back and looked at that old thread and even you were surprised at the issues . Yes, I've mostly gotten over them for the last tattoo he did, I wish they weren't there, but I don't dwell on it. But when I start thinking about going back to the same person for the next one, of course the issues come to mind. Only natural. He IS amazing, no doubt, but you weren't there when he drew crooked lines with markers and I had to point them out, only to have him fix them in the marker drawing then mess them up in the tattoo. A $200/hr artist should not have an issue pulling straight lines.

FWIW here's the drawing where he drew the crooked lines and then corrected them after I pointed them out. I don't think I ever posted this picture in the other thread.
