Default Looking For Input

I know that this is an 'ask your artist' type question but I'm looking for some inspiration before my session with Joe Carpenter on Saturday so we don't spend an hour trawling through stuff on the day.

It's been around 18 months since I've had any work done on this and I'm struggling with narrowing down what might fit in the inner bicep and what will look 'coherent' being placed over the frog.

The black and brown you can just see creeping over into the inner bicep area is a chimp portrait. I still have a bit of space on the tricep area too which extends down to just above the elbow.

I can't have anymore primates and don't really want another big cat. I've already thought about snakes (given the frog) but i'm trying to shoot for something different and unusual that will just flow off the frog (Central/South American and African animals)

Any suggestions that you think may fit placement?

Thanks!

How about a parrot? Or you could get into some jungle insects? You could go with something creepy like a spider or swarm of ants, or more delicate like a moth or butterfly.

Some wicked suggestions there all. Really loving the bird suggestions, parrot and toucan are spot on and jungle insects is just genius.

Thank you very much

That Bird of Paradise flower is pretty cool. I didn't know what it was so I had to google it but it would fit the theme well.

I think you're right about that, I wanna have some nice bold colours in there, but ones that are still gonna blend well with it all.

I've come across some really amazing pictures on pinterest thanks to everyones ideas. This is gonna be a hard choice!
