Default knee ditch/behind the knee

hi all
not sure on the correct name but the bit behind your knee cap/knee pit as it were. has any one had any trouble with healing and/or fading over time?

I have my knee cap done and it healed fine and is still as bold as when I had it done 5 years ago so i presume il be ok i thought i would ask though

Back of knee was ok for me. Just a tiny little patch that took longer to heal. Healed fine though.

Front of the knee was worse. Healing and pain!

The ditches are always a little tougher to heal because of the constant flexing but mine have always been fine long term, just a bit of a hassle for a few weeks.
