Default Got my calves done...
on Wednesday. The plan was always to get little scenes done on my calves with a rope frame. Ended up going with a whale as I'm fascinated by evolution, love how all life is connected, and the fact that whales have leg/pelvis bones (a remnant from their land dwelling ancestors) I think makes their skeleton really interesting.

I'm really pleased with how they turned out. Done by Dave Falconer (@danglingwrongeyes on IG) at Skins & Needles in Middlesbrough.

This was the first time I'd been tattooed in over 2 years, I'd almost forgotten what it felt like (not very nice, even if it was only the calves!).
