Tibi

Tibi is originally from a small village of Hungary. He completed his first tattoo in 2005, at the time he was still in college but spending much of his spare time drawing, tattooing and graffiti art. Right from the start he felt a true passion for body art, in the beginning he learned the profession alone, but soon he opened his first studio at the age of 20 after some studio experience in Silver Tattoo, Gyor. One year later he has been invited to go to Ireland and work in the prestigious Wildcat Ink and Impulse Tattoo.
After spending some time in Ireland, Tibi decided to move to London and in the summer of 2010 he opened his studio, which focuses on his own personal vision and custom tattooing. Since then he has toured as a guest artist, appearing at the prestigious Queen of the Rings Tattoo Studio in Rotterdam and Caesar Tattoo in NYC. Tibi has also attended several tattoo conventions around the world, such as the Tattoo Freeze in Telford and the Vienna, Philadelphia and New York City tattoo conventions.
Tibi has also developed an interest and passion for fine- and street art. He is a self-taught painter, he uses a wide variety of techniques and mediums, such as oil, acrylic, pencil, and ballpen. While his designs on the skin are new school-realistic colourworks, his works on canvas and paper are rather inspired by music, street culture and everyday objects, not by the imagery he uses as a tattoo artist.
