Question Advice and constructive criticism please

I've always wanted to be a tattoo artist and am currently working on a portfolio, I finished college just over a year ago where I studied fine arts, photography and english language, I'm currently working full time in retail.

I post most of my art work on my instagram

I am currently doing a sketch a day so some of my more recent work on there are just quick sketches.

I also have some of my older work on my profile here.

Would love some advice and criticisms to help me improve, thanks for looking!

Practice real life drawing a lot more, slow down when drawing(it looks a bit harsh and unexpressive), and invest in better supplies.
