Thumbs down Help... is this infected?

Hello folks, I've made an account to ask a question about my suspected infected tattoo. I have had a few tattoos and none of them have ever looked or felt like this whilst healing. I got the tattoo last Saturday (12th December). It hurts in the surrounding area quite a bit. (Tattoo was trying to partially cover a previous scar btw. Also the orange teenage mutant ninja is my friends, done at the same time as a comparison. Thanks

it seems more common for tattoos near the foot to get infected. perhaps because its closer to the floor and dirt can get into it.
what was your care regime like?

That's definitely infected, as said before doctors it'll have to be. I've seen similar stuff before heal on its own, but where it is it'll be hard work I assume
