Mine always leaks if I live it on for longer than two days. The adhesive also leaves a rash after I take it off.

Damn, i'm getting my chest done at the end of the month and was planning in using it again. How come it didn't work?

Just an area that moves a lot, in different directions. It would not stay. I was even able to tegaderm my elbow with no big issue. If you want to give it a shot you may try wiping the outer area (obviously not the tattoo) with an alcohol wipe to make sure it's dry before applying the derm. And for those hairy folks, shave the outer area.

A corner between 2 overlapping pieces of saniderm has rolled up through pant rubbing action. It's day 4. Should I just moisturize that part or should I stick a 3rd piece over all that to cover it all?

I would take it off and recover it. The point of the saniderm is to keep germs out but if it's been "breeched" then it's no longer doing that. Don't put something over it or you could be trapping germs in!

Or even just leave it off - after 4 days you might be ok to move on to the next stage of healing.

Day four youíre probably okay, itís the first 48 hours where you can really mess things up. Iíve had corners peel as you describe. I just apply some cream, keep it clean and try to stop it rubbing against anything.

I agree with Tom. I just leave it along unless it comes loose enough that water starts getting in there in the shower. If that happens I take it off.

If it's staying water tight, it think you're ok.

Thanks all, I left it on. It comes off tomorrow anyway. Going forward I would recommend overlapping them vertically so it doesn't roll up as the pants naturally go up and down (or cover it with a thick papertowel in between pants).

I always just stuck another small piece on if my saniderm ever peeled and never had any problems.
