- Promotion is open to anyone aged 18 years or over.
- To enter: visit www.bigtattooplanet.com/beavixen to register your details and upload your photographs in the correct section provided. Entries will only be considered if all details asked are given - these will NOT be passed on to third party companies.
- You must own and have full copyright to the photographs you upload.
- Your entry must be placed by the closing date for entries is Monday 6th, June 2011.
- All Amateur Model entrants must be available on either the June 16/17th 2011 for a Manchester photo shoot - Each entrant selected for the photo shoot will receive travel expenses to a maximum of £100.
- All Professional Model entrants must own or have the photographers permission, to publish the rights to use them in this publication and any promotional material in conjunction with it. By submitting these photographs you have agreed to these rules and there is no liability to the publisher in any way whatsoever, for printing these photographs. All liability will remain with the individual, should you not have permission of use.
- All submitted photos will be available for viewing on the www.bigtattooplanet.com/beavixen once they are vetted for users to vote on. Any attempt to multiple vote, whether by an individual, a bot, a macro or other means may result in the disqualification of either the votes or the entry at the promoter’s sole discretion.
- The judges’ decision is final and will not necessarily coincide with the readers’ choice. No correspondence will be entered into.
- Tattoo Vixens 2 will be available from early August 2011.
- All photos submitted may be subject to moderation. The promoter has the absolute discretion to upload or not upload any photo and to remove any photo already uploaded. * Without giving reasons for the decision. The promoter shall in particular refuse to upload any photo for the following reasons: a) Any defamatory or malicious content b) Inclusion of content to which someone else owns the copyright, without the requisite authorisation.
- Winners agree to take part in any publicity that may be required resulting from this promotion without further recompense.
- The promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters.
